Larger plants & trees (for example a 25L Lilly Pilly) that are too big to be posted, will be delivered in our fleet of delivery trucks on a pallet.

We operate exclusively online and cannot accommodate customer pickups, as our partner farms are scattered across the country.

You can expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days.

Can I delay the delivery of my order?

Yes, you can delay the delivery for as long as you need. Just add it in the notes when you order.

Do you offer any guarantees on your plants?

What if I'm not home for delivery?

If you're not home for delivery, we will leave the plants in a safe place at your address.
