Can you suggest any products that would pair well with my purchase?

Yes, we always live by the mantra of "do it right the first time". This applies to landscaping.

This includes getting a fertiliser to throw in the ground when you plant to ensure you're giving the plant all the nutrients it needs and more.

Then top it off with some mulch. This keeps the soil moist and prevents any weeds from growing as well as makes the garden look clean and maintained.

Can I place an order for delivery at a later date?

Can I order larger-sized plants or trees for a more mature and established look?

Yes, our larger trees are our more popular items. While they are more expensive than the smaller option and they require you to dig a bigger hole, they represent far better value for money. They are more durable, they don't get eaten by animals, they have an established root system, and are often 3-10 years old. Meaning you get the instant benefit of a mature tree, without waiting 10 years.

My plants were wilted on arrival.

We assure you that considerable effort has been employed to ensure the safe transit of your trees. Nevertheless, due to the duration of transportation and potential exposure to varying temperature extremes, your plants may appear somewhat wilted or dry upon arrival. Please be aware that this is a common occurrence and not a cause for alarm.

With consistent and appropriate watering, your plant should naturally recover and rejuvenate. If you observe that the condition persists or if you have any other concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us promptly. Please include a photograph of your plant so we can better assess the situation and advise the most effective course of action. We are committed to ensuring the health and vitality of your plants.

What does the size mean?

The sizes mentioned do not reflect the height of the plant. Instead, they refer to the size of the pot that the plant comes in. Unless metre is specified on the product.
