Goods Damaged Upon Arrival:
We assure you that each plant we deliver is of the highest quality, meticulously packed and transported using our own fleet to ensure you receive a healthy product. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at Brisbane Plant Nursery and we'll initiate an internal investigation.
Once the claim has been validated, we'll organise for a replacement to be sent out. In the event that we're out of stock of that item, we're more than willing to offer a substitute, or you have the option to wait until we are in stock again.
Please note, while we strive for timely and secure deliveries, we can't take responsibility for any unforeseen delays or damage that occurs during transit. We also require that any claims be made within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged product.
30 Day Guarantee:
We guarantee that your order will arrive healthy and ready to thrive. However plants require appropriate care and nutrients to adapt to their new environments. Regrettably, if your plants have received substandard care or have been (positioned in unsuitable conditions), our guarantee does not extend to cover such instances.
If you encounter problems with your plants within the first 30 days, kindly email us at sales@brisbaneplantnursery.com.au. We will evaluate your concerns and, if necessary, provide a one-time replacement. Please be advised that the cost of delivery for the replacement is the responsibility of the customer.
1 Year Warranty:
As with all living plants, whether container-grown or bare root, some mortality is inevitable. It's practically impossible to achieve a 100% survival rate. If you've followed the care instructions on our site and your plants fail within the first year, please write to us at Brisbane Plant Nursery or email us at sales@brisbaneplantnursery.com.au detailing your loss.
Brisbane Plant Nursery will replace any plant that dies within the first year, for half of the current selling price plus standard shipping and handling as detailed on our website. We will replace plants only once. Brisbane Plant Nursery reserves the right to ask for a soil sample for analysis. If the plants were put in an unsuitable environment, like poor soil conditions, high mineral content, etc., our guarantee becomes void.
Orders that were placed correctly by the customer and fulfilled by Brisbane Plant Nursery are non-refundable. This includes situations where the customer realises they ordered the wrong plant or species after receiving the product.
We do not provide refunds, but we're happy to replace plants according to our guarantee if all warranty conditions are fulfilled. All warranty claims must reach Brisbane Plant Nursery within one year from the delivery date of your plants to the address provided on your order. Late claims or claims to a different address than the original will not be accepted.
If we are out of the plant, we're happy to offer a substitute, or you can choose to wait until the next shipping season for your region. Payment will be required as set forth above. Our guarantee doesn't cover plants planted in unsuitable conditions such as fill, scraped ground, or ground that's unfit for the species as outlined on our website.
Damages from weather, livestock, drought, pesticides, fires, floods, etc., are not covered by this guarantee. In the case of multiple claims or excessive losses, we may ask for a soil test to determine soil compatibility issues.

THE SOLUTIONS OFFERED ABOVE ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU. BRISBANE PLANT NURSERY SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY PLANT.
